In your notice, please include:

1. The copyrighted work being infringed.
2. The material you believe is infringing, including URL and description.
3. Your contact information (email and phone required).
4. The statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner. I also affirm that I have a good faith belief the use of this material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
5. Your signature (typed or electronic).

Counter Notification

If you’ve been hit with a takedown and believe it’s a mistake, you can file a counter notice. Once we get it, and if no legal action is taken by the complainant, the content will be restored within 10–14 business days.

Note: Filing a false counter notice has legal consequences. When in doubt, call a lawyer.
